To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you to NovaTerrace in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Termination
